The Role
- Design, develop, and deploy critical systems across frontend, backend, infra. Representative examples:
- Longitudinal client simulation for AI system evaluation
- Client case formulation agent
- Custom low-latency speech-to-speech pipeline
- Have massive ownership and agency from day one - you'll define our engineering culture, quality, and velocity
- Talk to customers, synthesize insights, and make fast-but-grounded decisions on what to prioritize
- Learn a lot – about building things people love, about entrepreneurship, and about yourself
About You
- You love building - you're considering starting a company one day
- You write quality code, fast; you use AI tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and/or Claude Code aggressively
- You're expereinced with React Native or React
- You've built apps with LLMs inside
- You're broadly curious and learn quickly
- You care about mental health and human flourishing
